PIPE BAND The annual competitions resulted in F. Mclntyre winning the piping competition. with D. J. Abel second. Alex Abel was first in marching and dress. Messrs W. Fergusson and W. G. Murray were the judges. PERSONAL Friends of Mr H. Towers will be pleased to hear he is showing signs of improvement, although still confined to his Llxl.
