ATTITUDE OF THE WAFD MAY HOLD PRIVATE ASSEMBLY Received July 26, 5.5 p,m. (Times Cables; LONDON, July 26 The Alexandria correspondent uf the Times states that it is reported that the Waf list Senators and Deputies intend assembling on July 28 and declaring themselves a lawful assembly of Parliament in a similar manner to 1925. when the Wafdist Chambers gathered in hotels in Cairo. Interviewed at Alexandria, Mahmoud Pasha said that Signur Musso- i lini and Alu.-tapha Kemal believe in a* dictatorship, but the Egyptian consti- ; tutionalist believed in a Parliamentary ' regime and in saving and not destroy- . ing the constitution. Ho added that ! the Government intended to execute a large draining scheme in Egypt and : Soudan in the autumn to ameliorate the conditions of the small cultivators-
