CONSTABLE McLEAN [ Aw-lra’ian Press Assn.—United Sen ice ] LONDON, July 4. Ij is understood that Sir W. Joyn-son-Hicks will announce in the House of Commons to-morrow that there is no need for a prosecution or disciplinary action against Constable Badger McLean, who was responsible for the arrests of Sir L. Chiozza Money and Miss Savidge. The Daily Herald understands that Sir Archibald Henry Dodkin has reported to the Home Secretary that there is no reliable evidence to support a charge of perjury against th--policeman concerned.
