PHYSICAL UULTURE. The ladies of Wanganui are fortunate in having in their midst a physical culture class under the direction of Miss Dexter, who for several years ha? specialised in physical exercises, scientific breathing and development. Miss Dexter is a fully qualified expert, having been trained in London with the latest methods of physical development. Classes are held every Tuesday evening in Trinity Hall, Victoria Avenue, from 7.30 to 9 o’clock, also at Castlecliff Kiosk on Monday evenings. Private lessons may be taken by arrangement. John Coull draws attention \,o the auction columns of this issue of an important sale which is to take place at his sale rooms, Maria Place, to-day (Wednesday), beginning at 12 noon. The catalogue includes a first-class line of drapery and latest design boots and shoes. These goods may be inspected from 9 o’clock this morning. MR GEO. SHELLEY’S SALE. Messrs Sharpe, North and Co. draw attention to an auction sale to be held in their Guyton Street rooms to-day (Wednesday) at 1 p.in., when they will offer the household furniture and effects of Air Geo. Shelley, who is leaving Wanganui. The catalogue includes dining and bedroom furniture of every description, also a lovely Begg and Co. piano in really tip-top condition. Goods will be on view from 9 a.m.. Fruit and produce will be sold at 1 p.m.
