POWER IN BRITAIN REORGANISING ELECTRICAL K SUPPLY [ British Official Wireless. 7 RUGBY, June 23. Mr John Snell, chairman of the commission appointed to reorganise the Electricity Supply Act, anticpates that within the next seven or eight years the average price of electricity in Britain will be reduced to one penny a unit, as a result of reorganisation. In the north-west area the average price should be substantially below one penny a unit within the next few fears. _
