Hunterville Thirds have a splendid record this season. They have not lorn a game, and on Saturday brought home the Hosking Challenge Cup. In the fixture competition they have a lead of seven points over their nearest competitors, and with eight games to play they should make no race of the championship. W.DF.U. The Rewa members of the Hunterville branch of the W.D.F.U. held a most successful dance in the Rewa Hall recently. Great credit is due to Miss England, the organiser, and het helpers —Mesdames Craig, Vennell, Eames, Brown, Signal, Harre and England, and the Misses Eames, Alderson, Signal and Goebel. Mrs Butement kindly supplied the musie, and Messrs Coleman and Signal were M.C.’s, assisted by Messrs Aiderson, Eames, Vennell and Craig, who gave considerable help to make the evening a very pleasant one.
