ARMY EXPERIMENTS SUPPLIES KEPT IN HAND. f Australian Press As-n.—United Service ] LONDON, June 6. In the House of Commons, Sir L. Worthington Evans said, in reply to a question, that the army kept small quantities of phosgene gas. which had caused the Hamburg disaster, lor experimental purposes. Sir R. Henderson, in answer to questions, admitted that there were no special regulations preventing the storage of poisonous gases near large centres of population, but the containers had a large margin of safety.
