Kellogg’s proposal i’or a treaty renouncing war will bo published on Sunday. There will be no authoritative intimation as to its contents, but the expectation is that it will be favourable. Germany has given complete approval. Italy has avoided a definite stand, but has signified her approval of the general idea.
