BRITISH PARLIAMENTS COMPREHENSIVE LISTS WANTED [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, May 19. A memorial is to be presented to the Prime Minister askiug him to appoint a committee to consider the editing and publishing of a list of members of Parliament from the year 1264 to 1832 with such particulars as to contests, poll, and i>arty as may be a»scovered. The object is to obtain a complete record of Parliament from its beguiling.

The memorial has already been signed by a considerable number of members of Parliament of all parties. It is stated that the assistance of two or three learned professors interestedin historical research is assured, provided that the Government is prepared to move in the matter.
