A report from Moscow states that the Australian reports concerning the alleged appointment of a certain Minister named Rosing to be Trade Commissioner for the Soviet in Australia m absolutely without foundation. STILL ANOTHER VESSEL TIED UP AT ADELAIDE (A. & N.Z.) ADELAIDE, April 21. Two unsatisfactory cooks from the steamer Barwon have been paid off. None is prepared to replace them, and the vessel has been tied up indefutate’y. .
