LIBEL SUIT

GENERAL CURRIE’S CASE MORE LIVELY SCENES (A. and N.Z.) OTTAWA, April 18. At Coburg Colonel J. A. Currie, a member of the Ontario Legislature and former commander of the 18th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionarv Force, was this morning removed from the Court by the Sheriff’s officer by order of Justice Rose. When General Currie’s libel suit was resumed the Colonel insisted on addressing the Court, but was refused an opportunity to make a statement.
