BUNKERS ABLAZE

FIRE ON MAHIA NO DANGER ANTICIPATED. [ Ter Press Association ] CHRISTCHURCH, April 17. For a few days past a fire has been burning in one of the bunkers of the Shaw Savill steamer Mahia, which arrived at Lyttelton from Dunedin on Monday. Watersidcrs have been engaged taking coal from the bunker in order to get at the fire, but no danger is anticipated and the services of a brigade hav© not boon necessary.
