MR. SCOTT’S RECORD RESIGNATION FROM ARBITRATION COURT [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, March 31. Air Scott, who has retired front the position of employers- representative on the Arbitration Court, was farewelle d this morning. Eulogistic reference to his services were made by Mr Justice Frazer, and members of the Bar and representatives of employers anrj employees’ organisations. Air Scott thanked the speakers for their expressions, saying that since he had gone on the Court in 1909 he had sat with eight Judges.
