MR. SCOTT’S RECORD RESIGNATION FROM ARBITRATION COURT [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, March 31. Air Scott, who has retired front the position of employers- representative on the Arbitration Court, was farewelle d this morning. Eulogistic reference to his services were made by Mr Justice Frazer, and members of the Bar and representatives of employers anrj employees’ organisations.
