PICTURES IN PRODUCTION Paramount’s Hollywood Studios are extremely active as it is the intention of the executives to keep production well up to the scheduled timeThe pictures in production include: Anne Nichols’ * 4 Abie’s Irish Rose;" “Red Hair," and Elinor Glyn story starring Clara Bow; 4 4 Partners in Crime," starring Wallace Beery and Raymond Hatton; Sardou’s “Code of Honour,’’ in which Adolphe Menjou is being starred, and “The Patriot," Ernst Lubitsch production starring Emil Jannings. The pictures now being prepared include “The Wedding March." “The Legion of lhe Condemned," “The Last Command," 4 4 The Showdown,’ 14 Under the Tonto Rim," “Sporting Goods," 4 4 Feel My Pulse," and 4 4 Doomsday,’ ’ starring Florence Vidor. In addition to these the Lloyd comedy 4 4 Speedy" and 4 4 Tillie’s Punctured Romance" are ready. Pictures in preparation are 44Something Always Happens," starring Esther Ralston; 4 4 Easy Come, Easy Go,'* Richard Dix; “Hold Everything," Bebe Daniels, and “Ladias of the Mob," Clara Bow. All the above pictures will be released this year xn New Zealand.
