SEAFIELD GOLF CLUB WINTER SEASON OPENED. A large attendance of golfers at. the opening of the Seafield’s Club’s winter season on Saturday augured well for the period of play ahead. In spite of the threatening weather an enjoyable afternoon was spent. Mixed foursomes -wore played and at an adjournment the president welcomed those present; ami in a. happy speech predicted a successful season for the club. FLORIDA CHAMPIONSHIPS KIRKWOOD WELL DOWN THE LIST Received March 25, 5.5 p.m. (A. & N..) NEW YORK, March 24. At Jacksonville (Florida) in the State open golf championship, Cruickshank was first with 139 for the first 36 holes. Kirkwood tied for eleventh place with 146.
