NO NEW APPOINTMENT WAITING FOR THE ERECTIONS. [ Special “Chronicle” Service. ] AVELLINGTON, Mar. 23. It is understood that there will be no appointment to the Cabinet before the next general election. Tho Cabinet is already numerically strong enough to deal with all matters coming before it, and it is reported on good authority that in view of further appointments being likely if the Hon. J. G. Anderson’s health doos not improve, and the fact that some rcX nstruction is bound to follow next November the Prime Afinister is loth to make any appointment for the next eight months.
