STOCK EXCHANGE BUSY NEW HIGH LEVELS REACHED Received March 22, 8.40 p.m. (A. & N.Z.) NEW YORK, March 21. This is the ninth consecutive day when more than 3,000,000 shares have been sold on the stock market and more than 20 issues reached new high levels. Radio corporation stock reacho! 162 points, General Motors climbed four points to a new high level of 177 7-8, and United States Steel reached 150. The market was more orderly than for over a week and sterling was quiet at 188 J.
