IRAQ TO INDIA THE PERSIAN DIFFICULTY. (By Radio). RUGBY, March 31. In the House of Commons, Sir Austen Chamberlain stated that no settlement of the questions outstanding betwen the Persian Government and the British Government had yet been reached, and he could not at present make a statement regarding negotiations for the establishment of a civil air service between Iraq and India.
