FREEMAN R. JACKSON AND CO., LTD. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co., Ltd., report:—At the fourth and final wool sale we offered 536 bales out of a total of 4000 bales. Fleece wools were about a penny per lb., and in super lots a penny-halfpenny per lb. better than February sale. Lambs’ wool, pieces and bellies were firm on last sale. The well-known “ Marahau G clip on account of Mr W. H. Reid, was offered, and made high prices, one line of AA hogget of 46’s quality making 21 3d, and a line of well-grown wool of 40 ’s quality made the extreme price of 103 d. A few bales of the Koiro clip of 46’s quality made 213 d. A feature o' the sale was the high prices realised for wool reclassed and binned in our store.
