NEW ZEALAND BROADCASTING DISSATISFACTION EXPRESSED. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Dec. 1. The Wellington Radio Societv 'is still dissatisfied with local arrangements and with the letter of reply from the Post-master-General. The secretary, at a recent meeting, said it was unbelievable that the Telegraph Department had no apparatus to detect howling valves and resolutions were passed demanding the abolition of silent nights, later programmes on Safe urday nights, and improvements 'in details.
