He also desires to surrender his title, which he will be unable to support. The entire attention of Cabinet is now d<evoted to the problem of rc-opcn-ing several of the big banks suspended during the summer panic in order to permit depositors to secure funds with which to meet the ycar-end debt settlements and prevent numerous bankruptcies amongst small depositors.
