THE TAKAPUNA NATALITY INQUIRY INTO MONDAY’S ACCIDENT. [ Per Press Association. I AUCKLAND, Nov. 29. The judicial committee of the Taka puna Ciub held an inquiry ijday ir.ro the accident during the running of lhe Kakino Handicap yesterwhich resulted in the death of the jockey, R. H. Reilly. All the riders, with the exception ol •apprentice Bryce, the rider of Look Out, together with Mr J. N. Hcslop, steward of the club, Mr S. E. Langstone, ambulance officer, and the Press photographer, who happened to be ne-ir the scene of the accident, gave evidence. The judicial committee passed ‘he unanimous opinion that the happening was entirely of an accidental nature, no blame being attachable to any rider in the race.
