SILENCING OPPOSITION DUG DI CESARO ARRESTED. Received Nov. 30, 9.20 p.m. (A. & N.Z.) LONDON, Nov. 29. It is reported from Milan that the Due di Cesaro, nephew of Baron Sonnino, one of the signatories to the Treaty of Versailles, has been arrested in accordance with ‘instructions issued for the arrest of leading oppositionists. He accepted a portfolio in the first Fascist Ministry, but resigned following on the murder of Signor Matteoffi.
