NO CHINESE FOR MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS
Received Nov. 22, 9.30 p.m. (A. & N.Z), WASHINGTON, Nov. 21. The Supreme Court handed down a decision declaring constitutional the Mississippi law which excludes Chinese from board schools in that State, on the ground that Chinese are not members of a white race.
