FRENCH EDITH CAVELL MONUMENT TO GALLANT GIRL. Received Nov. 15, 1 arm. (A. & N.Z.) PARIS, Noy. 14. A monument to Louise de Bittingues, who was the Edith Cavell of France, was unveiled in Lille with full military honours in the presence of Lord Crewe. Louise, who was chief British agent in Belgium, was finally caught and di3d in prison in Cologne in 1918.
