(Sun Cable) LONDON, Nov. 14. The Daily News’ Berlin correspondent says the publication of two vohrmps of Prince Lichnowsky s memoirs, categorically repeating correspondence proving the “Kaiser responsible for the war, may prove epoch-making in German politics. No pen could describe the terrible blow it has dealt the country, Germany's insatiable desire for the withdrawal of the imputation of war guilt must cease hence forward. Letters from Berlin, replying to Pnnee Lichnowsky’s letters from London (1912-1914) were unaccountably stolen when lent to the German archives. Prine* Lichnowsky describes Sir Edward Grey as a wise, sane, upright politician and peacemaker. Mr Winston Churchill as a brilliant leader, though sly as a fox. The proceeds from the sale of the book will be devoted to the service of ex- soldiers.
