THE GENEVA CONVENTION ABOLITION OF RESTRICTIONS (A. & N.Z.) GENEVA, Nov. 4. The economic convention abolishes restrictions six months after it becomes operative. It does not affect the right temporarily to protect interests in abnormal circumstances. The reservations have little bearing on Australia and New Zealand. The chief one is Germany’s declaration tha she will maintain *he coal embargo il Britain maintains the embargo on dye stuffs.
