GENERAL NEWS Mr Leslie Kemp, who has been releiving at the Ohutu School, Taihape, fur some six months has taken over a permanent position as teacher at the Ihuraua School, near Eketahuna. Little damage was done to either vehicle but the cyclist and a pillion-rider both received a nasty spill. “THREE HOURS” “Three Hours,” the picture which will be shown at Bulls on Saturday evening gives Corrinne Griffith, the star, an opportunity for dramatic acting somewhat similar to that offered in “Black Oxen,” one of her most successful vehicles. In “'Three Hours” the ‘heroine’s transition from plainness to beauty is one of the headlights of the attraction but, whereas the transition in “Black Oxen” was due to pathological rejuvenation, iu this instance it is brought about by fine clothes.
