(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 27. Replying to Mr V. H. Potter (Boskill) in the House of Representatives this afternoon the Hon. F. J. Rolleston said he did not think any breach of the Gaming Act had been committed by two solicitors who tossed a coin to determine the order of preference of their cases before the Court. It seemed to him, he said'to be just another method of balloting for precedence, and no offence had been committed.
