Received. Oct. 19, 1 a.m. (A.PA.-Sim) LONDON, Oct. 16. A message from Las Palmas states that the BritLsh steamer Sydee, 16 miles from the African coast, wirelessed for help as her engines are out of order and the vessel has 19 sick aboard.
