A FAMOUS ADVENTURER CHANG TSO LIN’S RIGHT HAND MAN Received Oct. 16, 1 a.m. (A.P.A.-Sun) VANCOUVER, Oct. 15. General Frank A. Sutton who was with the Royal Engineers when Gallipoli was stormed and’ who was later military adviser to Marshal Cfe*ihg Tso Lin, the Manchurian war-lond-, lost his way in the underbrush while investigating railway water power possibilities in northern British Columbia, but after 24 hours’ wandering he was found safe.
