WEATHER FORECAST. The Dominion Meteorologist last night issued the following weather forecast for 24 hours. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds northward of New Plymouth and Castlepoint, and south-westerly to north-westerly winds, freshening, elsewhere. The weather will be fair to cloudy in the east coast districts, but changeable with scattered showers in the northern, west coast find | southernmost districts.
