The Daily Express says important plans for the reorganisation of the Miners' Federation are being completed for submission to the Executive for ofIcial approval. The change is likely to have great significance in the whole trade union movement. It indicates a return to pare industrialism by the Miners’ Federation, which has previously been more revolutionary than any other body. Likewise, it would mean the restriction of the activities of Mr A. J. Cook.
