AS from August 15, 1927, a Patrolman will be on duty at the St. Hill Street Parking Stand nightly between the hours of 7 and 11 p.m., and will supervise and attend all cars parked between the Association’s signs. The Patrolman receives no salary from the Association, but depends solely on the voluntary contributions of those who park their cars within the supervised area.
