WEATHER FORECAST. The Government Meteorologist, at . 7.30 last night, issued the following forecast for 24 hours. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, with a westerly tendency, squally at timls in the northern districts, and cold changeable weather generally with passing showers. The trough of a westerly disturbance has passed to the eastward, and the barometer is likely to rise tnd conditions improve in the East Coast districts.
