CARRYING OUT HIS WILL STATE COMES TO AID. (A. & N.Z.) PARIS, August 7. Reports from Bucharest state that if King Ferdinand’s bequest of Pelen Palace and the Predeal Chateau to his grandson and successor is carried out, it will mean the absorption of half the late Monarch’s fortune, leaving insufficient to put legal shares on his own children. The Government proposes to buy the palace and chateau and hand them to King Michael and give the proceeds, to the King’s children.
