PETROL IGNITES
FIREMEN INJURED [Per Presa Association.'] CHRISTCHURCH, Juno 18. A firo early this morning at a shop in Lincoln Road was attended by a serious accident. An open tin of petrol burst and injured two firemen, including Superintendent Warner. Both were admitted to hospital with burns to the body and feet. Their condition is now satisfactory. The other man is Foreman Lowe. Another fireman, Russ, was cut by glass in diving out of a window to escape the blazing petrol.
