GERMAN REPARATIONS PEOPLE’S SAVINGS GROWING. (A.P.A.-Sun). BERLIN, June 12. The Agent-General for Reparations reports that the execution of the Dawes plan is progressing normally.
. The German Budget statement lacks clearness, necessitating an exhaustive study. Expenditure shows a constant tendency to exceed revenue, necessitating borrowing, but the Budget stability is not impaired. Despite heavy unemployment and the excess of imports
over exports, the total of savings is growing.
