STUD ROMNEYS

A small but very selefct shipment of stud Romney ewes and rams has lately been shipped by Messrs Dalgety and Co. to Kenya Colony. The sheep were selected from the flock of Messrs A. and J. Gray, Masterton, and were an excellent typo of tho Romney breed. Messrs Dalgety and Co. have previously supplied orders for the same class of sheep to this country, and each shipment which has gone forward is reported to have given entire satisfaction to the purchasers. It is stated that New Zealand Romneys are doing well in East Africa, and are proving very suitable for a great portion of that country. It is expected that later in the season further orders will be received.
