PRACTICE GAMES WANGANUI AND OLD BOYS CLUB. A practice game has been arranged between Wanganui and Old Boys Club and Tech. Old Boys to be played at the Technical College grounds, St. Hill Street, at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow. ALI grades, seniors, juniors and thirds, arc requested to attend. TRIAL MATCH WANGANUI SUB-UNION TEAM. The following players have been chosen by Mr A. Takarangi, sole selector for the Wanganui Metropolitan Rugby Sub-Union, to play against the Taihape-Rangitikei combined representatives at Martou on Saturday, May 28:— Darby Williams Wakeling Vangioni Fitzgerald (1) Jones (2) J. Duncan Cox (captain) L. Fromont Bennett Johnston (vice-capt.) G. Lockett Jackson (lock) Pine Coulston Reserves: Thompson, Binley. The Wanganui Rugby Union representatives to play Taranaki in the anon June 3 will be announced by Mr J. Crowley, sole selector, immediately after the match at Marton.
