WEATHER FORECAST. The Government Meteorologist, at 7.30 last night, issued the following forecast for 24 hours. Present indications are for moderate southerly winds, veering to strong west- ; erlies and northerlies, with the weather 'becoming milder, especially in the East i Coast districts, but with cloudiness, increasing for an unfavourable change to i follow 'generally. The barometer is {falling everywhere shortly.
