TAW2IEHO SCHOOL COMMITTEE At the meeting of the newly-elected Tawhero School Committee there were nrssent Messrs Broadhead (chairman), Txpnch. Larkin, Clark and Healey, and Mrs Mai pas. The headmaster reported that the roll number was now 208. and that receipts from the bazaar held recently were £2l. Mrs Mash’s tender of £6O for levelling ground was accepted. Mr W. Healey was appointed delegate to the Music in Schools Association. The matter of the installation of gas for water-boiling purposes for making cocoa for the winter months for the children was left in the hands of Messrs Broadhead and HealcyIt was decided that a working bee be held to-day.
