RUBEN’S CEILING RESTORED
A COLOSSAL UNDERTAKING For twenty-five years secretary, curator and executive officer of the Royal United Services Institution and Museum in Whitehall, Sir Arthur Lectham is retiring. Sir Arthur was responsible for the renovation of the famous Rubens coiling in the Banqueting Hall, Whitehall, in 190b’-7, for the ceiling is at a high altitude.
