A BIG DEAL

SALE OF KERARBURY STATION. Kerarbury, one of the best known station properties in the Riverina, has recently been sold on account of Armstrong, Bell, Ltd., to Messrs Coughlan Bros., of Yarrabee Park, Narrandera. The area of the station exceeds 80,000 acres of freehold land, and the stock includes more than 43,000 highclass merino sheep. It is the intention of the buyers to sell a considerable area in subdivision and to retain the remainder of the land as a home for the valuable Kerarbury Stud. The sale is believed to be the largest individual transaction in station property that has ever been effected in New South Wales.
