A WONDER VIOLINIST

THE COMING OF HEIFETZ Jascha Heifetz, the wonder violinist who comes to New Zealand this year under the management of Messrs J. and N. Tait (who have been responsible for the appearance in the Dominion of several world-famed artists), has been eagerly sought after of late by British, American, and Continental entrepreneurs. It is said that some astounding offers were rejected by Heiftez because he had consented to appear in Australia and New Zealand. Heifetz never breaks a promise verbal or written. Tait, with the courage characteristic of all their actions in connection with the engagement of the world’s greatest artists, never hesitated when the time for nego tiations arrived. They too have their high standard, and what they promise to do, they do.
