WANGANUI WINTER SHOW
THIS YEAR’S ATTRACTIONS The schedule for this year’s winter show shows great advancement. The secretary reports • that there are many special attractions. The space in the industrial section is being rapidly filled and it looks as though the late comers will be left lamenting. The enquiries for axemen’s carnival schedule are very strong, and there should be great nominations in this section of the show. This was the “star” attraction last year. It is no small matter to run an event, of this description and 'the Winter Show committee is to be commended on again offering the Wanganui public a chance to see the finest exponents of the axe and saw that the Dominion can produce. Full schedules are now available at the secretary’s office, 10 Taupo Quay, or P.O. Box 173, Wanganui.
