PAW-PLATES ON PARIS DOGS DISTURBS TRAFFIC ON BOULEVARDS. PARIS, April 30. Paw-plates for dogs of the idle rich are disturbing traffic on Pans boulevards. A nice little silver chain holds a little half-inch silver plate on the left front leg of the dog. The plate carries the name and address of the wearer. It looks, at first glance, much like a wrist watch, which may be the next step. At the upper end of the dog’s leash is the fair owner who usually gets her share of attention from the staring public.
