FRENCH PRESIDENT

VISIT TO LONDON WILL STAY AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE (By Radio) RUGBY, May 1. Arrangements are practically complete for a visit to London of the French President, M. Doumergue, who will spend May 16, 17 and 18 as the guest of the King at Buckingham Palace. The President will be escorted across the Channel by six destroyers, anfl aeroplanes will form an overhead guard of honour. In addition to State engagernents M. Doumergue will be entertained by the City of London.
