GOOD OFFER MADE COMEDIAN WANTED FOR PART IN MUSICAL PLAY. Received May 1, 6 p.m. (Snn cable.) LONDON, April SO. Mr. Harry Day, M.P., has cabled to Charles Chaplin guaranteeing him a salary of £750 a week for 20 weeks to take the character of Bunty in tho musical play “The Mountaineers,” which is being produced in September.
