MISHAP TO ’PLANE AIRMEN RESCUED BY STEAMER. (Sun Cable). E RIO DE JANIERO, April 28. • Approaching the Brazilian coast tonight, a seaplane piloted by Commander De Barros, which hopped off from the Cape Verde Islands this morning in continuation of the 9 flight from. Genoa, fel linto the sea. The airmen were rescued by the Italian steamer Angelo.
